In the first three months, your focus will be on building strong relationships with candidates. You’ll take a modern, content-led approach to recruitment – creating podcasts (pre- and post-production), video marketing, and growing your personal brand on social media, all while developing an understanding of marketing. This is a softer, consultative style of recruitment designed to help you stand out in the market.
As you progress, you’ll work towards clear output targets and gradually take ownership of client relationships, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Researching, identifying, attracting, and shortlisting top talent.
- Initiating, managing, and developing candidate relationships.
- Proactively identifying new candidate and client opportunities within target markets (360 recruitment).
What do You Need?
- A degree from any subject
- Evidence of being a high achiever (this can be shown through academics, work experience or extra-curricular activities)
- Target-driven and looking for a career in recruitment
- Based in Leamington Spa or happy to relocate
- Available to start ASAP
- Any evidence having created videos, blogs, or podcasts is always an added bonus
