We thoroughly screen all applicants. This includes a two-tiered telephone interview based around your requirements. We will pitch your opportunity and present each candidate with a summary of what makes them special.

This service is on a contingency basis. You only pay a percentage of the remuneration of any candidate we introduce to you that you hire. All CV searching, screening, selection, interviews and candidate management throughout the process is free. No hire, no fee.Â
