The Role
As a Graduate Executive Search Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting senior consultants on executive search assignments. You’ll become skilled in market mapping, candidate research, assessment and relationship management while developing a strong understanding of different industries and business models. Your research will help shape search strategies and identify the people capable of making an impact at senior level. You’ll receive mentoring and work closely with experienced colleagues, giving you exposure to best practice and a clear route to progress. This is an ideal opportunity for an articulate, curious and proactive graduate who enjoys combining research, commercial thinking and relationship building.
- Map markets and identify potential candidates for senior-level positions.
- Research industries, businesses and leadership talent using multiple sources.
- Create concise candidate profiles and high-quality mapping documents.

- Present promising candidates to senior consultants and support client-facing activity.

Must-Have
- A 2:1 degree or above, or equivalent qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
