Key Responsibilities

- Motivate and coach your team to deliver consistent performance and drive engagement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify operational efficiencies.
- Ensure Health & Safety and compliance policies are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with engineering and other departments to manage downtime and workflow.
- Record and report KPIs, productivity metrics, and team performance to management.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new colleagues.
- Uphold quality standards aligned with EN14065 (Healthcare-specific as required).
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate – ideally in a STEM, business, logistics or engineering discipline.
- Supervisory or leadership experience – any previous experience managing people is a plus.
- A hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to lead by example.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within the organisation.
What We Offer
- £28,000 starting salary plus overtime.
- Structured training and onboarding programme.
- Real responsibility from day one.
- Opportunities for career progression across our UK and international operations.
- Supportive working environment that values teamwork, development, and recognition.
