Graduate Tax Trainee – Summer 2025 – £27K
We are looking for motivated graduates to join a highly desirable accounting practice with a view to specialising in tax. This is a fantastic opportunity for 2025 graduates with a strong academic record and a keen interest in accountancy and tax.
What you’ll do
- Support the tax team with compliance tasks, including preparing annual tax returns for individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates.
- Develop knowledge in key areas such as Corporation Tax, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Inheritance Tax.
- Gain hands-on experience with advisory work as your expertise grows.
- Work with a variety of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, and family-owned businesses.

What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Strong organisational skills to manage deadlines effectively.
- Predicted a 2:1 (Or equivalent) in any degree subject, with a strong overall academic profile
- Those with a degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Maths or related would be a bonus
- A strong desire to forge a career in the accounting sector and an interest in tax
- Ideally, some ties to the Kent region
