Customer Support Representative
I’m working with a growing organisation that is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative environment.
The role
In this position, you will:
- Be the go-to contact for customer service and helpdesk queries.
- Provide high-quality support via phone and digital channels.
- Manage customer cases from start to finish, keeping customers updated throughout the process.
- Process orders (both manual and automated), handle returns (RMA), credits, and resolve invoicing or pricing queries.
- Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide backup support to the Helpdesk when needed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support with customer quotes, tenders, and documentation.
- Handle new product and supplier forms.
- Spot and share potential sales opportunities with the Sales & Marketing team.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer outcomes
Salary: £25K-£27K
Working arrangements: 3 days per week in the office- based in Orpington
