The Role
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll work closely with your store team to create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer. Depending on the needs of the store, your role could involve working on the tills, helping customers on the shop floor or supporting stockroom operations.
You’ll receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service, giving you the knowledge and confidence to provide helpful advice while learning about Boots’ products, services and in-store offers.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers and helping them find products that meet their needs.
- Providing product advice and recommending suitable alternatives where appropriate.
- Promoting in-store offers, loyalty schemes and customer services.
- Operating tills and processing transactions efficiently.
- Replenishing stock and helping maintain an organised, well-presented store.
- Working with colleagues to deliver a positive shopping experience.
- Completing accredited customer service training to develop your skills.
