We have been asked to identify a “2nd jobber”, someone with three years of experience in the corporate world who can join the team on delivering against a number of varied projects. Ideally, your work experience will be able to display transferable strengths in project work, attention to detail, consulting, advising and influencing.
The Role
- You will be a fully integrated and critical member of the research and delivery team, working on the delivery and execution of a range of solutions across board development.
- You will enjoy an unusual level of responsibility and impact in shaping the business and affecting its performance.
- You will be expected to navigate complexity proactively and deliver high-level debate on topical business issues through exceptional written work.
- You will be subject to a steep learning curve, particularly relating to how boards operate, their composition and what drives effectiveness.
- There is considerable scope for personal development, formal business training and a high degree of responsibility.
