The Role
As a Pub Crawl Rep, you’ll help host groups as they visit nightlife venues in and around London. You’ll meet new guests each night, encourage people to get involved and help maintain an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere throughout the event.
Although the role is highly social, you’ll also need to act responsibly and support guests during the evening. You’ll work alongside other representatives to help each pub crawl run smoothly and give attendees a positive experience of London nightlife.
Typical responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming guests and helping them feel comfortable at the beginning of the event.
- Socialising with attendees and encouraging interaction within the group.
- Helping maintain an energetic and inclusive atmosphere throughout the night.
- Accompanying guests between participating venues.
- Supporting colleagues with the organisation of each event.
- Looking out for guests and behaving responsibly while representing the company.

Requirements
You should have:
- Fluent spoken English.
- An energetic, enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The confidence to approach and speak with new people.
- A responsible attitude when supporting guests during nightlife events.
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts.
Additional language skills are beneficial, as guests may come from many different countries. Previous experience in promotions, events, hospitality or nightlife may also be useful, but not essential.
