The Role

As a Barista at Costa Coffee, you’ll help create positive customer experiences while developing practical skills in a busy retail and hospitality setting. This part-time role involves preparing drinks, serving customers, learning the menu, and working with your team to keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with colleagues to support the team and achieve store goals.
