The Role
As a Graduate Trust Case Manager, you’ll help manage trusts for private clients and charities while developing a broad understanding of law, tax, finance and client advisory work. You’ll receive structured training and ongoing support, with plenty of room to grow as you build confidence and specialist knowledge. You’ll also work towards a fully funded STEP Diploma, giving you a recognised professional qualification in trusts and estates.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage trusts for a portfolio of private clients and charities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Develop knowledge across trusts, estates, tax, finance and client advisory
- Support the delivery of accurate, high-quality trust administration
- Learn from experienced colleagues and apply new knowledge to your work
- Work towards the fully funded STEP Diploma with dedicated study support

Requirements
You’ll need a solid academic foundation in law and an interest in developing a career in trusts and estates. We welcome graduates who have gained transferable skills through paid work, including retail, hospitality or internships.
Must-Have:
- 2:1 or above in Law
- BBC or above at A Level or equivalent
- Modules covering Trusts, Estates and Succession Law
- Paid work experience in any relevant setting
- Based in or able to work in Bristol
- Available to start ASAP
Nice-to-Have:
- A genuine interest in private client, trusts and estates or wealth management law
