Graduate Sales Support Executive
An opportunity for an organised team player who wants to get into the world of FMCG. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be taking responsibility for the day-to-day administration of retail and food service accounts. As you build your skills, you will be relied upon to provide expertise on products, contracts, stocks and supply chains.
Responsibilities include:
- Weekly sales reports and analysis
- Managing contract balances and stock levels
- Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain and Ops to ensure viability of products and lead times
- Project Management of new product launches
- Regular retailer store visit for auditing
- Reporting on the latest developments and trends within categories
- Supporting the sales team with commercial presentations
- Option to work from home on Fridays after probation
Whilst the plan would be for the successful candidate to be in position for a good 18-24 months, progression opportunities are available in the longer term, with recently promoted graduates moving into data insights and account management.
Profile
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Enjoys working with data and producing reports
- Collaborative
- Proficient with MS including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in an office/administrative role
- Nice to have: experience with Oracle Netsuite
