The Role
As a Graduate Researcher, you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging exceptional technology professionals for senior-level opportunities across the US market.
Working closely with experienced consultants, you’ll learn every stage of the recuitment process, developing your commercial awareness, communication skills and ability to build lasting professional relationships. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role that offers significant responsibility from day one and the opportunity to work with high-calibre candidates and prestigious clients.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-calibre technology professionals for executive-level positions.
- Proactively approach and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Bloomberg and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess skills, experience and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare professional candidate profiles, CVs and interview notes.
- Manage and maintain an organised candidate database.
- Support consultants in delivering outstanding recruitment solutions for clients across the US technology market.

Requirements
Must-Have
- A 2:1 degree or above in any discipline.
- At least one year’s customer-facing experience, including hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic and genuine ambition to build a long-term career.
Nice-to-Have
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- Evidence of competitiveness through sport, work or other achievements.
