Due to go public in the next 12 months, they are looking to bring in a graduate who wants to make their mark on the business and help drive continuous growth and development.

Graduate R&D Technologist – Cambridgeshire – £30k-£35k DOE

This is a very exciting opportunity for a graduate to work in an incredibly varied, unique role. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced scientists and engineers to help move new products from the lab to full-scale manufacturing.  

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll be in the lab running experiments and testing new ideas
  • Looking for ways to save costs, e.g. finding alternative raw materials 
  • Analysing experimental data
  • Working with suppliers and manufacturing partners
  • Collaborating with chemists and engineers to ensure projects are running smoothly

Essential Skills

  • 2:1 (or equivalent) or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, natural sciences or similar
  • Lab experience is highly desirable
  • Passion for a hands-on role with lab work required
  • Interest in cost analysis
