Graduate Property Management Scheme – £28K – Manchester – Summer Start
This is a great opportunity for a graduate with a keen interest in the property industry to gain exposure to different areas of property management. This scheme will take you step by step through the foundations of tenancy management, property customer service and sales, marketing, through to compliance and maintenance management.
Past GRB and graduate placements are now senior managers in the business having started their careers here, and the same opportunities are available to you!

Please note this is full-time in the office. Most of the role is Monday-Friday however some weekend work is required (paid in lieu or 1.5x pay) especially over the key summer months.
What Do You Need?
- A 2.2 or above (or equivalent) in your chosen discipline
- Some work experience to demonstrate work ethic IE retail, hospitality, customer service roles…
