- This role is within their Higher Education search team, who have assisted on more than 2000 appointments across the world’s top universities
Role – Research Associate – Opportunities in London, Dublin and Abu Dhabi
Working within the Higher Education search team, you will be:
- Mapping the market of suitable leaders across the Higher Education space, working at the beginning on one search assignment at a time at the beginning, working up to 3-4 live projects at any given time
- Collaborating with other departments for broader learning and opportunities to cross-resource
- Developing sector specific knowledge and expertise
- Grasping complex client briefs and creating appropriate search strategies
- Researching world-leading candidates across the globe for leadership roles such as Vice-Chancellor, President, Rectors, Professors, Trustees and Chairs
- Building your network, getting to thoroughly know these leaders and advocating suitable roles where appropriate
- Managing the research phase of each project from background research, identification and selection of candidates and managing successful candidate interview processes
- Hybrid working (3 days in office)

- €36000 + annual bonus (up to 10%) based on personal and company performance
