Graduate Property Administrator – Central London – £28k + bonus
Joining in the heart of the team, you will take on a varied position managing a variety of administrative tasks. You will be given excellent training and mentorship to build upon your existing few months of administrative experience.
Day to day, you will:
- Lead on the tenancy lifecycle, managing legal and financial paperwork for both tenants and guarantors
- Financial onboarding of tenancies
- Legal and contractual work
- Coordinate and manage internal teams as well as external providers to ensure properties are kept to high standards of decor, health and safety, and compliance
- Assist existing tenants with day-to-day queries over WhatsApp and other channels
- Compliance management, including inspections, HMO requirements etc.
What do you need for this one?
- Degree educated in your chosen field of study (Law and Business degrees would be a bonus but not a necessity)
- A minimum of 3 months administrative experience in any setting
- The ability to interview immediately and to start ASAP
