The Role
As a Senior Manager in Data & AI Transformation, you’ll lead strategic engagements that help organisations embed Generative AI, Agentic AI and advanced analytics into how they operate. You’ll work directly with executive and C-suite stakeholders, connecting business challenges with data, AI and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.
Your remit spans AI strategy, enterprise data foundations, intelligent products, agentic workflows, operating models and responsible AI. You’ll also shape propositions, lead bids and contribute to the continued growth of the Data & AI consulting practice.
- Lead AI transformation engagements from strategy through enterprise-scale execution.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders on AI opportunities, investment priorities and transformation roadmaps.
- Design AI-enabled products, agentic workflows and human-centred operating models.
- Shape enterprise data platforms, semantic layers and trusted AI foundations.
- Establish governance, security and responsible AI approaches for production environments.
- Drive propositions, client pitches, thought leadership and practice development.

Requirements
- Senior consulting or client-facing leadership experience across data, analytics or AI transformation.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG and intelligent automation.
- Experience translating complex business challenges into practical AI solutions and strategies.
- Confidence engaging executive and C-suite stakeholders with strong commercial judgement.
- Experience leading teams, engagements and strategic client relationships.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise AI ecosystems including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or Microsoft.
- Experience with AI architecture, cloud data platforms, semantic layers and responsible AI.
- Track record in proposition development, bids, thought leadership or practice growth.
