The Role
As a Front of House Nandoca, you’ll help make every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, serve food and drinks and make sure people have everything they need throughout their visit.
You’ll work closely with the wider restaurant team in a busy and sociable environment. Full training is provided, giving you the opportunity to build customer service, teamwork and hospitality skills while learning how a Nando’s restaurant operates.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Giving guests a friendly welcome and helping them feel at home.
- Taking orders and serving customers efficiently at the till.
- Listening carefully to guests and responding to their individual needs.
- Serving food and drinks in line with Nando’s quality standards.
- Delivering orders to tables and checking that guests have everything they need.
- Helping create a fun, relaxed and welcoming restaurant atmosphere.
- Following fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security procedures.

You should have:
