Looking for a flexible part-time role where you can build confidence, meet new people and gain valuable hospitality experience? As a Front of House Nandoca at Nando’s, you’ll welcome guests, serve food and drinks and help create the relaxed atmosphere the restaurants are known for. No previous experience is required, as you’ll receive the training needed to succeed. The Role

As a Front of House Nandoca, you’ll help make every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, serve food and drinks and make sure people have everything they need throughout their visit.

You’ll work closely with the wider restaurant team in a busy and sociable environment. Full training is provided, giving you the opportunity to build customer service, teamwork and hospitality skills while learning how a Nando’s restaurant operates.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Giving guests a friendly welcome and helping them feel at home.
  • Taking orders and serving customers efficiently at the till.
  • Listening carefully to guests and responding to their individual needs.
  • Serving food and drinks in line with Nando’s quality standards.
  • Delivering orders to tables and checking that guests have everything they need.
  • Helping create a fun, relaxed and welcoming restaurant atmosphere.
  • Following fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security procedures.

Requirements

You should have:

  • A friendly and approachable manner.
  • A responsible attitude towards food hygiene, safety and restaurant procedures.

No previous hospitality, restaurant or customer service experience is required, as training is provided. Applicants must have finished school before they can begin working as a Nando’s Team Member due to health and safety requirements.
