The Role
The Summer Internship Programme is an eight-week internship taking place from June through August.
- The programme is designed to provide students with a challenging, meaningful and supportive experience that reflects, as closely as possible, the experience of being a full-time BlackRock Analyst.
- The programme begins with an orientation, giving interns a thorough overview of the firm and the opportunity to hear from senior leaders. After orientation, interns receive on-the-job training and take on day-to-day responsibilities, contributing to their teams throughout the summer.
- The programme also includes a speaker series, mentoring and networking opportunities, including activities with BlackRock’s employee networks.

Requirements
- Candidates should be in their penultimate year of study and graduating from an undergraduate or master’s degree programme in 2028.
- Applications are welcomed from candidates studying any degree subject.
- Candidates can apply for only one programme and up to two functions within that programme. Both opportunities must be submitted within the same programme application.
- If you withdraw your application, you cannot submit another application for this programme this year.
- Once you submit your application, you will receive an email to complete a pre-interview assessment. You will have up to five days to complete it; if you do not, your application will be automatically withdrawn.
