Safran Seats GB in Cwmbrân is a global leader in aircraft seating, with over one million seats flying aboard the world’s major airlines. Our UK operations span three sites and employ over 1,300 highly skilled professionals, most of whom are based in South Wales. At our Cwmbrân site, we focus exclusively on premium First and Business Class seating, delivering a full-service solution from concept to end product: Product Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Aftermarket Support.

What will I be doing on this graduate programme?

As a graduate engineer, you’ll join a dynamic team at the forefront of aerospace innovation. Our two-year rotational programme is designed to immerse you in every facet of our business. You’ll gain hands-on experience across key departments, including:

  • Engineering
  • Research & Technology
  • Testing & Validation
  • Programme Management
  • Manufacturing
  • Supply Chain
  • Aftermarket Services

What skills do I need?

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Material Science, or Product Design.
  • Based in Bristol or the South-Wales areas, or willing to re-locate to the local area.
