The Role
A Delivery Consultant is based in Client Support Services and will see you offer both functional and technical guidance in Treasury Management Solutions and processes.
Key Responsibilities
You will work on the configuration of solutions, documenting and implementing solution updates and enhancements. You will also contribute to business process improvement and have project support tasks to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
Your Training
- Formal training on Treasury Management Solutions such as FIS
- Gain a full understanding of delivering tech implementations through work shadowing and on the job learning
- Gain knowledge on Treasury and Treasury management
- Training on role specific software and technologies
What we are looking for:
We are open to applications from all degree backgrounds, but encourage those from Business, Finance and tech degrees to apply. In addition, you should:
- Have a demonstrable interest in both technology and Finance
- Want to work in a client facing role that will see you collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners
- Have a strong attention to detail and a methodical work style
- Be comfortable with MS Excel and have examples of where you have picked up tech quickly
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy communicating and relaying technical information.
