Graduate Commercial Manager – Major Transport Hub | £40k + Company Car/Allowance
Looking to kick-start your career in a high-impact commercial role within one of the UK’s busiest travel regions? We’re seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Graduate Commercial Manager to lead and grow key service contracts across a major airport environment.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of commercial performance and development across a range of passenger transport services. You will:

Manage and grow existing commercial partnerships, particularly with airlines and hotels

Lead a key passenger transfer service, driving operational performance and stakeholder satisfaction

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Develop pricing strategies, bids, tenders and proposals

Use data and performance insights to maximise profitability

Oversee customer experience and help resolve service issues

Work closely with operational teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with real responsibility and influence from day one.
About You
You’re commercially driven, confident working with data, and able to build strong relationships at all levels. Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

Commercial or contract management

Passenger transport or airport services

Scheduling, timetabling, analysis or service planning

Network or operational management
Flexibility is essential, as the role may require occasional out-of-hours or weekend work to meet client needs.
Skills & Requirements

A recent graduate with a degree (or equlivalent) in Business, Logistics, or related subject or experience
-
Any prior experience in transport, logistics or operations would be great but not essential
- You must already hold a UK driving licence
