Gen AI Engineering Manager

The organisation is now looking for a full-stack engineer with a passion for Generative AI. In this role, you’ll design, build, and scale applications that leverage the latest in AI technologies.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Developing and scaling GenAI proof-of-concepts into production-ready solutions
  • Building intelligent applications using RAG pipelines and AI agents
  • Designing and delivering full-stack solutions across AI and non-AI projects
  • Contributing to robust, cloud-ready infrastructure for end-to-end deployments
  • Staying hands-on with emerging technologies and experimenting with new tools
  • Sharing expertise through mentoring and team collaboration

Your Experience

  • Technical Expertise across backend development, frontend development, GenAI frameworks, LLMs and cloud platforms
  • Experience with vector databases, e.g. PGVector, MongoDB
  • Experience working in an agile team environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, adapting your approach based on the audience and context
  • Experience in leading projects and people management
