Apprenticeship Programme – Register Interest

Aon supports some of the world’s biggest organisations in preparing for uncertainty – whether that’s economic shifts or environmental challenges. With a workforce of over 70,000 globally, they’re recognised for their leadership in insurance, reinsurance, pensions, investment consulting, and human capital solutions. Their UK apprenticeship programme offers a practical and rewarding way to begin a career while continuing your studies, with real responsibility, professional development, and the chance to make an impact from day one.

Why Aon

Aon’s teams are built on the belief that inclusion leads to better insights and stronger outcomes. Apprentices are welcomed into a culture that values authenticity, belonging, and ongoing learning. Support includes generous study leave, financial bonuses for exam success, and access to both technical and on-the-job training. From the outset, apprentices are part of teams helping shape better decisions for clients and communities.

Your Role

Apprentices at Aon gain hands-on experience across a variety of business areas while working towards a professional qualification. Each apprentice joins a permanent team, contributing to real client work and developing commercial awareness. Programmes span key areas including Commercial Risk & Reinsurance, Investment, Client Management, and Wealth Solutions. Whether supporting consultants, analysing data, or helping clients manage risk, apprentices build practical skills in a fast-paced, global environment.

Company Culture

Aon’s culture encourages authenticity, collaboration, and growth. Apprentices are supported to bring their full selves to work and take on challenges that stretch their potential. The programme is nationally recognised, and many apprentices go on to build long-term careers within the business—supported by a workplace that values inclusion, recognition, and continuous development.
